Dream Heart is simpler than most of my larger works and overall, it’s smaller too. I’m now offering a less expensive line of smaller Assemblage Art on Canvas that I’m calling Small Works. This 8″ x 8″ stretched canvas has multiple coats and spritzes of paint with embossed stamp designs as well as beaded stenciling which adds texture to the piece.

Metallic paint is hard to capture in photographs. The background of Dream Heart is a bit blue and a bit silver so I have included pictures that capture the differences in the paint color depending on the light.

Embellishments include a hanging snowflake, heart, dream charm, and tiny beads.

Dream Heart has an attached heart if you want to hang on the wall but it also looks good sitting on an easel. Although I prefer the no-frame look, this is also ready for framing. I occasionally frame an Assemblage Art piece and the end result can be stunning.
